Isolation Transformer
Part 2

After a long time of collecting and testing the materials, the isolation transformer construction is started.
Transformer Base Plate This is the base of the isolation transformer. I have to make some marks of the holes on the 3mm thick Aluminum Plate which is the base of the case of the isolation transformer.

Using a pencil to make some marks on the Aluminum Plate.

Hand Drill Stand For a better result of drilling, you can use the drill stand, the drill stand can keep the drilling perpendicular to the Aluminum Plate.

After drilling, I have to enlarge the top of the holes for the countersunk screw. Since the speed of my electric drill is fixed, I have to enlarge the holes as the video shows:
